Plan-Vision offers training services either in workshops or as web seminars (webinars). The current online training offers are located in the support section. Partner workshops offer knowledge exchange on the VisionR technology (installation, customization examples etc.).

Training

Training for customers

Plan-Vision offers training services for its customers on installing the VisionR system. The offered training services include:

  • training for administrators (installation, adjustment and troubleshooting examples)
  • training for the VisionR module users (module specific examples)

The trainings are mostly organised as workshops. Some general adjustments of the VisionR systems and initial data input of the most important data structures (e.g. main locations, companies, contract types etc.) are used as examples. Trainings on the installed version of the VisionR software in the customer's network are preferred for best results. The duration of the training is determined by the customer. As experience shows, a training on one (two days at the most) is sufficient for the users to enable them to begin with their work with VisionR.

Training services for the VisionR modules are also offered by the partners of Plan-Vision.

Training for partners

Plan-Vision offers training services for its partners. After completing an extensive training program partners are able to independently install, customize and support VisionR. Plan-Vision offers the following trainings as workshops:

  • training for administrators (installation, adjustment and troubleshooting examples)
  • training for developers (customizing examples)
