Allows organizing persons in departments as well as assigning them a specific function within the managed enterprises. Company contacts for customers, vendors, manufacturers etc. are managed with multiple addresses, contact persons, bank accounts etc.

This module helps you organize your documents. All types of documents can be uploaded and saved in a virtual file system on the web server. You can bind your uploaded documents in all other modules. Different user roles have access only to the folders and files they are supposed to see. By linking images you can visualize your buildings, inventory, spaces etc.

This module provides a sophisticated subsystem for reservations of facilities and inventory. It supports recurring reservations of spaces, sending of notification emails and tracking of status changes of reservation requests. The Reservations module implements a neat calendar view denoting all active reservations in respect to spaces and inventory.

This module is used to manage incoming and outgoing invoices. All payments can be documented. E-mail reports and notifications helps control payment targets. Linking invoices to orders and contracts is helpful for better management of income and expenses.

This module allows managing details on various project types. Project participants can be single persons, project teams or companies. Each participant is notified per e-mail on project status changes according to his role in the project. Project tasks and milestones are visible in a project calendar.

There are built-in procedures for automatic contract renewal, visual and e-mail reporting etc. There is a complete overview over contract costs, activities (daily, weekly, monthly, yearly). This module is mostly used to manage maintenance activities on facilities (technical installations or building elements). There is an overview of all inspections, repairs, contracts, yearly costs. You can grant access over internet to your contracting partners or inspection coordinators. Different types of reports give a complete overview of the maintenance appointments and costs.

This module can be used to manage different types of online requests. There are predefined online request forms, which can be easily embedded into an existing website. Work orders, material orders and invoices are automatically generated. Standard definitions of work flows help minimize processing time. There is a link to your assets, giving a complete maintenance cost overview.

In this module you can define accounting areas, cost areas, cost centers and budgets. Linking your budgets to your contracts, orders and invoices helps organise current costs, as well as plan and optimise future costs.

This module defines different types of orders (work orders, material orders, catering orders etc.) There are e-mail notification on status changes. Linking orders to the assets and budgets gives a complete cost overview.

In this module you can create item lists of different types of products. Linking data to the online shop module or to material orders gives an overview of the past, current and planned availability.

This module is used to manage inventory items. A standard set of inventory types (inventory groups) can be extended according to the customer's needs. Items are linked to workplace and space management. Data sheets can be attached for additional information. Image galleries provide better visualisation of the managed inventory items.

Workplace and space management are combined with management of rented areas. Binding real estates data to contracts, inventory and budgets helps optimise the usage of buildings.

The "On-line shop" module is a complete subsystem for creation of web shops. It enables management of articles, prices, and has special views to list these for the end users. In addition it tracks orders, invoices and details on clients of the web shop. Automatic notifications on status changes and printable invoices are sent per e-mail.

VisionR implements a content management system of its own. It can work with articles, connect them with hierarchical structure of menus and edit them as plain HTML text or by the integrated WYSIWYG editor. The CMS module provides support for templates, CSS styling and dynamic scripting and delivery of arbitrary VisionR managed data assets. It also supports HTML snippets (widgets) within.

There is a complete overview of all activities of the employees or external contractors in this module. Activities on projects generate an overview of the appointments of a person. A calendar view (daily, weekly, monthly, yearly) helps organise working in team. Automatic reminder per e-mail notifies about coming events.

This module is used to manage multiple construction sites. You can use this module either as customer or vendor. Construction sites are linked with incoming and outgoing orders and invoices. Image galleries and document attachments give a full overview of the managed sites.

This module is used to manage vehicles. Manufacturers, models, years of manufacture can be used to sort vehicle data. Material and work orders can be used to provide overview of maintenance costs and to store vehicle repair history. The module can be used to manage the company's fleet on different locations or by workshops to manage vehicle repairs.

This is a module for vector graphics. You can manage multiple drawings (e.g. floor plans, technical drawings etc.). All graphical data is stored in a database. You can bind graphical objects with data and later search and generate reports over people, spaces, inventory etc. No special client is needed. Drawings are viewed and edited directly in a browser.

This module is the center of the VisionR system. Standard functionalities like defining new objects or creating additional properties to the existing objects are part of this module. Interfaces to existing databases, language activation and log-in procedures are also part of the core module.

This module allows definitions of system tasks, which are periodically executed on the server. Automatic e-mail reports or data exchange with other databases are defined in this module.

This is a documentation module, where the existing product documentation can be adapted to the changes in th VisionR system due to the customer's customising wishes. New articles can be created and browsed within the VisionR application.

The most important part of this module is the built-in e-mail-client, which enables VisionR to automatically send e-mail to the participants of a process in every other VisionR module. The e-mail function can be triggered either by system events (status changes, cost changes etc.) or by scheduled tasks (defined in the module "Scheduler").

Interactive reporting is part of the VisionR system. A print view (table view, sum overview, charts) can be generated on every mask in the application in different output formats, such as HTML, PDF, Microsoft Excel, XML or CSV (text).

VisionR is completely internationalized. Not only the GUI but the data stored is managed in multiple languages. The data is translated in accordance to the country's standards and formats. VisionR implements ISO language standards. Users can read, write and search data in their native language. This enables the seamless facilitation of the system by multi-national companies.

The library module groups data instances of standard enumerations such as country codes, currencies, languages, metric units, etc. This module's data instances are typically referenced by other modules where standard enumerations are listed as property of other objects.

This module allows definitions of custom masks. A library of user interface components (table view, calendar, form view etc.) enables quick customisation of the standard VisionR masks.

The VisionR scripting language has access to every module in the system. Actions like sending an e-mail, generating a chart or creating a complex data report are triggered through running a VisionR Script.

The standard installation of VisionR includes default user groups with read and write access to the included modules. Custom user groups can be easily created. User access is role based and hierarchical. On creating a new user group existing access rights are inherited from existing ones. This makes the whole process of managing user access rights very simple.

Data imports and exports are possible in different file formats. Only administrators can directly import data in the system. Every user can export his current view as PDF, XML, Microsoft Excel, XML or CSV (text).
