Description
The VisionR module "Inventories" is used to manage inventory items. Inventory can be managed for many companies in multiple locations. There is a standard set of inventory groups, which can be easily extended to meet the customer's needs. Inventory types are ordered hierarchically. Each inventory type can have as many additional properties as need (e.g. a beamer has different properties compared to an office desk). Inventory items can be linked to people, companies, spaces, reservations etc. Inventory items can be part of a move work flow. Linking inventory items with maintenance activities or helpdesk workflows provides a complete cost overview.
